The AMA Education System (AMAES) is committed to uphold the rights of individuals to data privacy in accordance with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Our institution shall be guided by the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose and proportionality in the acquisition, use, dissemination, handling and processing of the personal data of students, parents, employees, external parties, and other stakeholders.
We will ensure that data subjects are aware of the nature, purpose, and extent of the use of his / her data inclusive of the risks involved and safeguards that we have put in place.
We will ensure that data collected shall be processed based on clearly declared and specified purpose, and shall not be contrary to public policy or existing statutes.
We will ensure that our use of data are adequate, relevant, suitable and necessary in relation to the functioning of the institution.
We will adhere to the provisions of the Data Privacy Act and other relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
